Summary
A Game of Power and Deception
At Yuseon Airlines, where ambition and power struggles run deep, assistant manager Yoo Hye-won finds herself caught in a web of manipulation.
Raised under challenging circumstances, she built her career with the help of the airline’s scholarship program—an opportunity she never took for granted. But the price of that generosity comes due when Vice President Ha Ji-seok calls in a favor. He doesn’t ask for repayment in money. Instead, he demands her loyalty, assigning her a task she can’t refuse: keep tabs on his cousin, Executive Director Ha Tae-beom, and report back on his every move.
But Tae-beom isn’t easily deceived. He sees right through her and refuses to be outplayed. Rather than pushing her away, he draws her in, keeping her under his watchful eye and making sure she never forgets who holds the real power.
What starts as reluctant espionage soon shifts into something far more complicated. As the boundaries between duty and personal feelings blur, Hye-won is forced to ask herself: In a game where loyalty is a currency and trust is a liability, where does she truly stand?
