Arthur Groban, an emerging investigator collaborating with the LAPD, is determined to showcase his capabilities, notwithstanding his newcomer status within the department. However, as he tackles each assigned case, the situation appears increasingly discouraging due to the escalating visibility of illicit activities lurking in the background.
