Muryeong’s Spirit

The youngest scion of a distinguished line of exorcists, Kim Muryeong was indulged and privileged. “Muryeong, I have a favor,” people would ask. In high school, he started taking small exorcism jobs: fixing an elevator, helping banish nightmares, playing boyfriend to discourage stalkers. Muryeong handled common issues rather than exorcisms, never refusing to see anyone, except one man… “Ki Hwanyoung?” Tall, striking, and mysterious, Hwanyoung was described as aloof and not many people were close to him. One day, he appeared at Muryeong’s clinic with a rather odd complaint: “My shoulders feel heavy lately.”
